Most LTL carriers are closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. If you need LTL services during this time, please notify your UTS account manager so we can make sure you are covered.
Carriers Operating on Friday
Three carriers return to normal operations on Friday:
- FFE Transportation
- JA Frate
- Spee-Dee Delivery Service
In addition, these carriers are providing limited service on Friday:
- Central Air Freight
- Central Transport
- Fort Transportation Service
- Old Dominion Freight Line
- Southwestern Motor Transport
YRC Freight's Time Critical division operates every day, including holidays, and will be providing services both Thursday and Friday.
Canadian Operations
Expect normal operations in Canada on Thursday and Friday. This includes the Canadian operations of cross-border specialists like Polaris Transport and TST Overland Express.
